He oversees the development of sourcing systems, screening frameworks, and quality checks used by the RediRecruit team. His focus is on improving response times, strengthening candidate pipelines, and maintaining a high standard of communication throughout the hiring cycle.
Zeeshan also manages client onboarding, ensures alignment between hiring managers and recruiters, and provides support on critical or hard-to-fill roles. Under his direction, RediRecruit has expanded its services across multiple industries, including IT, Healthcare, Finance, and Construction.
He continues to guide the team in adopting better tools, smarter sourcing techniques, and structured workflows that deliver consistent results for every client.
