Which Pricing Model Works for You?
Recruitment services don’t have a one-size-fits-all cost structure, and they shouldn’t. Different hiring needs call for different engagement models.
Here are the three models we use at RediRecruit, and when each one makes sense.
Success-Based
Description: You pay only when we successfully place a candidate. No retainer, no upfront fee, no cost if the role doesn’t close. Our RPO model charges 4% of the placed candidate’s annual salary—a fraction of what traditional agencies charge for the same outcome.
Best For: Companies making permanent hires who want zero financial risk before a placement is confirmed.
The Guarantee: Free replacement within 3 months if a hire doesn’t work out.
Hourly
Description: Pay for the exact hours worked—nothing more. Hourly pricing applies to LinkedIn sourcing, VA services, lead generation, and list building. You set the hours, we deliver the output, and you’re invoiced only for time spent on your work.
Best For: Companies needing flexible, scalable support without monthly commitment. Ideal for project-based work, trials, or supplementing an internal team.
Monthly Retainer
Description: A fixed monthly fee for a dedicated full-time virtual assistant. Predictable cost, consistent support, and a team member who learns your business deeply over time rather than starting fresh each month.
Best For: Companies needing ongoing, full-time support for recruitment operations, outreach, or business development—without the overhead of an in-house hire.
No Add-Ons. No Hidden Fees.
Enterprise Tools at No Extra Cost
LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, and verified LinkedIn and Indeed accounts are included in your engagement. ATS integration is set up at no additional charge.
Free Replacement Guarantee
If your hire leaves within 3 months, we replace them at zero cost. No rebilling, no conditions, no debate. That’s our confidence in the quality of who we place.
Your Time Zone. Your Hours.
Your dedicated team works during your business hours. Expect real-time communication via Slack or Teams, same-day candidate updates, and zero overnight delays.
Full Reporting. Full Transparency.
Weekly pipeline reports, sourcing output logs, and KPI tracking come standard. You always know what’s been done, what’s in progress, and what’s coming next.
PRICING FAQ
How does the 4% RPO pricing work exactly?
It’s simple. If we place a candidate with an annual salary of $80,000, our fee is $3,200 (4% of $80,000). You pay nothing until the hire is made and accepted. There’s no monthly retainer layered on top, no sourcing fee, and no cost if we don’t close the role. It’s a pure success-based model.
For context, most traditional recruitment agencies charge 20–25% for the same placement, that’s $16,000–$20,000 for the same $80,000 hire.
What does the 3-month free replacement guarantee cover?
If a candidate we place leaves your company for any reason within 3 months of their start date (resignation, termination, or otherwise) we will source and place a replacement at zero additional cost. No questions, no rebilling, no renegotiation.
The guarantee applies to all placements made under our End-to-End RPO model.
Why do some services have a rate range ($7–$9/hr) rather than a fixed price?
The rate within the range depends on the complexity and specialization of the work required. Standard VA tasks, general lead list building, or broad outreach campaigns sit at the lower end. More specialized work—technical sourcing, complex lead qualification, or senior-level candidate assessment—sits at the higher end.
We’ll confirm the exact rate for your specific requirements before any engagement starts.
Are there any setup fees or onboarding costs?
None. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no costs to get started. The only thing you’ll ever pay is the agreed service fee. We want to make it easy to start, not load you with charges before we’ve delivered anything.
For the job posting service, what exactly is the ad budget?
The $99 per role per week covers our service: posting, managing, and screening applications from your job listing.
The ad budget is the amount LinkedIn, Indeed, or other platforms charge to promote your listing to a wider audience. That cost goes directly to the platform at whatever level you choose, we don’t mark it up.
You can set a modest budget of $150/week or spend more to reach a larger pool. We’ll advise based on role type and market demand.
What's the difference between the hourly VA rate and the monthly retainer?
The hourly rate ($7–$9/hr) is ideal if you need part-time support, have a project with a defined scope, or want to try the service before committing.
The monthly retainer ($1,000–$1,200) gives you a dedicated full-time assistant (approximately 160 hours/month) at a slightly better effective rate, with the added benefit of a VA who builds deep familiarity with your processes and preferences over time.
For most clients who need consistent daily support, the retainer is the better value.
Can I combine multiple services?
Yes, and many clients do. A common combination is LinkedIn Sourcing paired with a Recruitment VA—the sourcer finds the candidates, the VA handles all the coordination, scheduling, and screening.
Another common pairing is RPO with Job Ad Posting for roles where both passive sourcing and active job board applications are needed. We can scope a multi-service engagement and give you a combined rate.
Is there a minimum number of hours I need to commit to for hourly services?
We recommend a minimum of 20 hours per month for hourly services to ensure meaningful output—below that, the ramp-up time per session reduces efficiency.
For project-based work, we’ll agree on a total hour estimate upfront. There’s no rigid contractual minimum beyond what makes practical sense for your goals.
