Recruitment Team Lead (U.S. Market)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to manage and guide our sourcing and outreach team for U.S.-based recruitment roles. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in candidate screening, initial interviews, client submissions and team direction.

Location: Bahawalpur, Pakistan (On-Site preferred) or Remote

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site (Preferred) or Remote

Salary: Market competitive, depending on experience and skills

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. On-site hours follow the Bahawalpur office schedule. Remote hours must overlap with U.S. business hours.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience for the U.S. market.
  • Proven experience screening candidates, conducting initial interviews and preparing quality client submissions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to understand job requirements and translate client feedback into clear hiring directions.
  • Experience leading or mentoring recruitment, sourcing or outreach team members.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. job titles, locations, work authorization, industries and candidate requirements.
  • Ability to assess candidates beyond their resumes through screening calls and structured interviews.
  • Experience using Google Sheets, ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • On-site availability in Bahawalpur is preferred. Remote candidates must be able to overlap with U.S. business hours for 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

  • Review interested candidates received from the sourcing and outreach team.
  • Conduct detailed profile reviews, resume screening and initial candidate interviews.
  • Add clear interview notes, suitability assessments and recommendations to candidate records.
  • Prepare and submit shortlisted candidates to clients with professional summaries.
  • Guide the Talent Sourcer and Recruitment Outreach Specialist based on client feedback, candidate quality and hiring direction.
  • Improve sourcing, outreach, screening and submission processes where needed.
  • Communicate feedback, performance expectations and daily priorities to the team.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure candidates are properly screened before client submission.
  • Coordinate with clients and the internal team to ensure smooth recruitment progress.
